Boek: Advocacy as an Independent Skill within the Legal Profession

Dedicated to all lawyers whoseprimary motive to choose the advocacy career was to help the victims of injustice rather than live on their miseries; hence making an effective professional job their highest priority. The author is a lawyer of Iranian origin, holding B.A. in English Literature, M.A. in linguistics, LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. degrees, having functioned in all disciplines of the legal profession as a law professor, a judge and a legal advisor in different countries since as far back as the 1970's acting as the Chief of Legal Section of ICCS in Vietnam during those turbulent years. He has been involved in international litigation as a lead counsel in Holland since January 1982, while helping people pro deo with their private cases of all kinds as a legal representative either alone or in cooperation with the domestic lawyers.
