De concern(genoten)enquête: Naar huidig en wenselijk recht
'How must (or could) the Dutch right of inquiry be interpreted and applied in respect of national and international groups of companies?'
This question is divided into: (a) a question into current law; and (b) a question into desirable law. These questions are answered in Chapters 3 through 11. In the essence, the issue central to this research hinges on the fact that on the inside a group is an economic unit, but on the outside it is a legal plurality.
