IDH convenes companies, CSOs, governments and others in public-private partnerships. Together we drive the joint design, co-funding and prototyping of new economically viable approaches to realize green & inclusive growth at scale in commodity sectors and sourcing areas.
As Legal Counsel, you will be part of a small but driven team of lawyers who work closely with a wide range of colleagues from different departments and country offices. You co-develop the contracting and governance structure of IDH’s commodity and landscape programs, review and negotiate contracts, maintain templates and keep the contract database up to date. Furthermore, you will also be providing advice on other corporate matters, in consultation with the legal team.
