Your main responsibilities are, amongst others, the providing of information and support on a day-to-day basis to all levels of the organization in all relevant legal areas, including EU Competition law, Data Protection & Privacy law, Intellectual Property law and Mergers & Acquisitions. You also draft and review various international contracts, and manage, coordinate and advise about Shimano's intellectual property rights and if necessary take action against infringements.
