We are looking for a Legal Officer to be based at the EDCTP office in The Hague. The Legal Officer will provide legal support to the Secretariat in the implementation of EDCTP programmes, including giving advice to EDCTP management and staff on all legal matters, and drafting grant agreements and service provider contracts. Duties are, amongst others, the reviewing and drafting of grant agreements, service provider contracts and amendments to grant agreements, and to ensure that they are in compliance with European Union Horizon 2020 Guidelines, the Dutch law, EDCTP financial guidelines.
