The GDPR Enforcement Tracker provides a continuously updated list of publicly known GDPR fines in EU member states. With a cut-off date of 1 March 2024, a total number of 2.225 fines have been recorded across all countries since 2018, amounting to a sum of fines of around 4.5 billion euros, with the average fine being 2 million euros.
