The main responsibilities of the lawyer are providing legal advice on European patent law and the PCT, in particular by advising the European Patent Office (EPO) management and staff in DG Patent Granting Process, by acting as a legally qualified examiner in examination and opposition proceedings, and by performing others tasks like drafting procedural analyses and studies and taking part in working parties and advisory bodies.
